Production Processing

The composite wear-resistant steel plate is made by applying powder metallurgy composite technology and hard surfacing technology, and is made of high-boron alloy cast iron material on ordinary low-carbon steel or low-alloy steel plate with good plasticity through special equipment for carbon arc arc welding and surfacing welding. And can produce different thickness wear-resisting layers according to customer requirements and different working conditions. The wear-resistant layer is dispersive due to arc welding stress, and the surface produces fine cracks. This crack will not spread to the substrate and will not affect the wear resistance.

The wear plate can be used not only as construction machinery equipment, such as bucket plates such as bulldozer excavators, bucket bottom plates and blades, but also as parts for construction machinery equipment, mining machinery equipment, thermal power equipment and metallurgical machinery equipment. The wear-resistant plate is an alloy wear-resisting layer mainly composed of Cr7C3 carbide with a volume fraction of about 50%, which is formed by surfacing on ordinary steel-steel heat-resisting steel sheets. It has impact resistance, high wear resistance, and can be welded.
